Yoga Certification Board Exam Pattern
- The examination has two stages for all levels (L1, L2, and L3).
- 1 Written (theory) Examination that consists of multiple-choice questions (MCQ).
- In offline exams, the answer sheet will be in the form of the Optical Mark Reader (OMR), while in online exams, the software generates the result. There is no negative marking for wrong answers.
- 2 Practical Examination that assesses the candidate by a panel of 3 examiners.
- Passing marks require a score of 70% in both the written exam (knowledge) and practical (skill) exam for all levels.
- For Level 1 and Level 2, the written exam has 60 questions of 1 mark each, totaling 60 marks, and practice consists of 140 marks.
- For Level 3, the written exam has 80 questions of 1 mark each, totaling 80 marks, and practice consists of 120 marks.

Technical Setup Required for Online YCB Courses
- You need a computer or laptop with battery backup, an attached microphone, speaker, and web camera.
- Mobile phones cannot be used for the practical exam.
- You must have uninterrupted internet connectivity with a speed of at least 1 MBPS.
- You need a separate cabin or room with sufficient lighting.
- For the practical exam, a yoga mat should be placed 6 feet away from the laptop or computer in a horizontal position.
- It is not possible to take the theory exam using a mobile phone.
